Aussies smart credit cards users - 2003-11-21
Australians paid down a record $12.459 billion on credit cards in September, according to a Network Economics Consulting Group (NECG) report commissioned by Visa.

The figures were further evidence businesses and individuals were managing their credit cards responsibly, NECG said.

The figure of $12.459 billion is the highest credit and charge card repayment figure on record.
