InterFirst Wholesale Mortgage Lending's Financial Institutions Group Appoints Lisa DiFalco Business Development Manager - 2003-11-24
The Financial Institutions Group of InterFirst Wholesale Mortgage Lending recently appointed Lisa DiFalco to serve as its business development manager. In this newly created position, DiFalco will work to attract new business to the Financial Institutions Group and assist in managing its sales leads.

California Banks Continue to Hinder African American and Latino Borrowers - 2003-11-24
A two-tier credit system hinders opportunities for African American and Latino households in the cities of Fresno, Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento and San Diego to get their fair share of home loans, according to a new study by the California Reinvestment Committee (CRC).

And those few African American and Latino borrowers who do qualify for a mortgage are likely to pay substantially more for their home loans, the CRC report concludes.
