Paragon Financial Corp. buys Orlando firm - 2003-02-12
Paragon Financial Corp. revealed Wednesday that it has concluded its agreement to acquire Orlando-based Paragon Homefunding Inc., an unaffiliated company.

The acquisition will provide Paragon with an operating presence in Orlando, a key geographic market targeted by the company, as well as provide incremental operating profits from fees and commissions earned through Paragon Homefunding's residential mortgage loan origination activities.
