Big Three make mark in local banking activity - 2003-02-24
The names SunTrust, Bank of America and Wachovia are appearing everywhere in Central Florida and along the East Coast from Key West to Baltimore.

Because of that prominence, they are frequent targets of locally owned banks who market themselves as being able to "make decisions locally and respond more quickly like mortgages" than large banks based outside Florida.
