Bob Vanderberry says he's been impressed with the improvement he's seen at the Bank of America mortgage processing center since he came to Wichita last December to oversee its operations.

In just three months, the center has achieved the highest customer satisfaction scores of any Bank of America mortgage center.

U.S. judge lets Wells write mortgages in California - 2003-03-11
A federal court found that the state of California has no control over how Wells Fargo writes mortgages, because the bank is governed by federal law.

The state has been trying to suspend Wells Fargo's mortgage writing business while it investigates allegations of excessive fees being charged.
