Home sales still healthy - 2003-08-27
With mortgage rates climbing up, bankers and Realtors in South Mississippi report little slowdown in home sales and refinancing because the rates are staying near historic lows.

Rates have climbed about a percentage point, but mortgages near 6 percent are available and attracting many home buyers.
