Wachovia Mortgage begins e-mail effort - 2003-09-29
Wachovia Mortgage Corp. has started an e-mail campaign targeting first-time homebuyers.
The campaign, called First Home E-mail Series, aims to educate consumers on what they need to know about buying a house.

After registering for the free, online program, consumers receive six e-mails covering the financial advantages of buying a home, choosing the right mortgage and finding a real estate agent.

More people face money problem - 2003-09-29
Welfare benefits and debt crises are taking over the lives of more and more people in Leamington and Warwick.
