Fees add up quickly when buying or selling a home - 2004-01-01
Buying or selling a home is rarely an inexpensive proposition. There are several players involved in most real estate transactions, and they all look to be paid for their efforts.

If you have a down payment of less than 25% you will usually need your mortgage insured by Canada Mortgage & Housing Corp. or GE Capital. Both companies have the same fee structure.
