Housing Boom Healthy - 2004-01-25
Stable mortgage rates and healthy demand for homes mean Pasco County's housing boom is likely to continue uninterrupted this year, making 2004's real estate market look a lot like 2003's.

But with less than a year's worth of buildable lots now available, home prices could start to climb, particularly in areas where prices have stayed relatively low, say housing market watchers.
