NVR energized by housing and mortgage boom - 2004-01-27
The red hot housing market continues to energize a local builder's bottom line.

NVR, one of the country's largest homebuilders and mortgage banking companies, saw fourth-quarter earnings surge 67 percent. The McLean-based company says net income increased 61 percent compared to the same quarter the year before.
