Daniel G. Merkel Promoted to Regional President of Commercial Banking For Ohio at Republic Bank - 2004-01-07
Republic Bancorp Inc. announces the promotion of Daniel G. Merkel to Regional President of
Commercial Banking. Dan started his career at Republic Bank in 1995 as a Commercial Loan Officer.

In his new role, he will continue as Commercial Loan Officer as well as lead commercial banking for the state of Ohio. Dan served in the U.S. Navy for eight years. He holds an MBA from Cleveland State University.

Business Bank of Nevada Hires Longtime Commercial Real Estate Lender to Handle Increased and Expanded Lending Activity - 2004-01-07
Business Bank of Nevada today announced that it has hired Merri Raymond as vice president and commercial real estate loan officer in the Bank's burgeoning Credit Department.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Raymond worked for eight years for Western Mortgage Loan Corporation as a loan officer, office manager and residential loan processor in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, Utah.
