Fidelity National grabs Aurum - 2004-02-10
The company, in its second major purchase in two weeks, will disburse $305 million in cash and stock to Willis Stein.

Fidelity National provides technology processing services to financial institutions, the mortgage and industries, title insurance and other real estate services. The company, which did not return calls seeking comment, bought banking software company Sanchez Computer Associates Inc. on Jan. 28 for $175 million.
