One Price shut down carries high price tag - 2004-02-14
Friday was the last day of work for approximately 200 employees of One Price Clothing Stores Inc., the Duncan-based retailer that declared bankruptcy earlier this week, a company official said.

Durham, who has a 6-year-old at home, said her husband, Chris, draws a paycheck as an art director at an advertising company.

"However, we still have a mortgage to pay and bills to pay so I'm looking for work," she said.

Citizens First Bancorp, Inc. Declares Earnings for Three and Twelve Months Ended December 31, 2003 - 2004-02-14
Citizens First Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Citizens First Savings Bank, today declared that it made $2.9 million, or $0.38 per share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2003.

Earnings for the twelve months ended December 31, 2003 were $12.3 million, or $1.58 per share. The decrease in net income for the three-months ending December 31, 2003 was primarily due
to a decrease in noninterest income from mortgage banking activity.
