Abbeys new specialist mortgage service to work on large loans - 2004-02-16
Abbey for Intermediaries is introducing a Specialist Mortgage Service focused on handling loans of £250,000 and above. It goes live on Monday 16 February 2004.

The Specialist Mortgage Service is designed to offer a smoother, faster, more effective one-to-one process for large loans, saving intermediaries time and hassle.

Back Yard: Group raising funds to build houses - 2004-02-16
Habitat for Humanity of Omaha is initiating a new fundraising campaign with the theme "Building Community One Square at a Time."

Habitat is a nondenominational housing ministry that builds and rehabilitates houses, giving low-income families an opportunity to become homeowners with a no-interest mortgage. Homeowners make a small down payment and are required to contribute "sweat equity" by working on the house.
