On top of that, a nationwide survey showed mortgage rates around the country dropping this week to their lowest levels in seven months. The average rate on benchmark 30-year mortgages fell to 5.58 percent, from 5.66 percent last week,

The effort it takes to move out of a home or business is not something many people look forward to, but for Chuck Thayer, every box lifted and piece of furniture carried will be hoisted with a big smile.
