One house at a time - 2004-02-07
Diane Ingram has resided in the Reagan Park neighborhood on the Near Northside. In the area between trendy Fall Creek Place and the popular Monon Trail, bullet holes riddle the exterior walls of a home.

Two years ago, Chris Provence, 31, sold his share of a mortgage company and founded the organization with wife Mary. Their plan was to buy vacant homes in Reagan Park and refurbish them to provide quality housing to low-income residents.
