Demand for homes surges - 2004-02-09
Demand for homes and mortgages in Spain has surged tremendously in the last two years.

Convinced on homes - 2004-02-09
The low mortgage rates that helped prevent home sales from sliding much in Allen and Whitley counties during the recession kicked them into high gear last year.

The number of homes sold in Allen and Whitley counties rose 7.3 percent in 2003 to 5,461, from 5,090 in 2002, according to data compiled by the Fort Wayne Area Association of Realtors.
