Cold weather blamed for less housing starts - 2004-02-09
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. on Monday maintained its belief that the nation's housing market remains robust despite a drop in new home building last month.

Despite the drop from December, CMHC said the level of activity remains strong thanks to solid employment across the country. Mortgage rates also remain near 40-year lows courtesy of the Bank of Canada's efforts to stimulate the economy.

American Mortgage Express Shows New Headquarters - 2004-02-09
American Mortgage Express Corp. showed its new headquarters offices in Mt. Laurel, NJ, on February 4th with a grand opening ceremony. The new 35,000-sq.-ft. facility located at the Gateway Business Complex includes state-of-the-art
technology, a training center, and will hold up to 250 of its 350 company employees.
