Home mortgage lenders hit highs - 2004-03-11
Dean Sunkes open the doors of its Clifton Park office of 1st Priority Mortgage in June 2002. During 2003, the company accumulated more than $74.5 million in loans.

This was enough to make 1st Priority the 17th largest residential mortgage lender in the Capital Region last year.
