Mortgage lender First Franklin Financial Corporation expands - 2004-03-12
As part of the company's aggressive expansion wth strategy, national mortgage lender First Franklin Financial Corporation today unveiled the opening of its Farmington Hills, Michigan office.

This new wholesale branch office, which replaces First Franklin's existing office in Livonia, Michigan, will serve the greater Detroit area, and is expected to help fill the gap in demand for purchase-friendly products designed for first-time, self-employed and other borrowers with unconventional income documentation needs.

Michigan survey reveals US confidence down - 2004-03-12
US consumer sentiment dipped slightly in early March, based on media reports of research at the University of Michigan.

Fuelled by tax rebate checks and cash from a wave of mortgage refinancing, consumers hit the malls with gusto in the third quarter, pushing economic growth to the fastest annual pace in nearly 20 years.
