Home-buying assistance offered - 2004-03-17
The CityLiving program, which assists low- and moderate-income families purchase homes in St. Paul or Minneapolis, is providing a new below-market-rate mortgage and purchase assistance grant.

Buyers who already have a cash down payment (typically at least 3 percent of the purchase price) and closing costs covered qualify for a loan at 4.85 percent.

Capital Bank has appointed Robert Lee as President of Capital Bank Mortgage. In his 23-year mortgage banking career, Lee has put in innovative business strategies as a senior executive with Fortune 500 companies such as GE Consumer Finance and Countrywide Home Loans.
