Acquire first home with a lift - 2004-03-17
Now might be the best time for those who dreamed of owning their own home but never thought they could afford one to take that first big step, the head of Jamaica's Neighborhood Housing Services declared yesterday.

The $450,000 will be leveraged with $2.6 million in private funds from the New York Mortgage Coalition to increase home ownership in minority and low-income communities, she said.
