Commissioner Executes Cease, Desist Against Mortgage Company - 2004-03-18
State Securities Commissioner Michael B. Johnson this week ordered a Mountain Home company to cease brokering mortgage loans in Arkansas.

The cease-and-desist order names Financial Heritage of San Diego Calif., which operates a branch office in Mountain Home.

The order also names the company’s local agent, Diana Gucciardo, who the Securities Department said has been known to do business as Safe Money Management.
