Home prices climbing - 2004-03-19
Marin housing market stayed healthy through February. Marin home prices, fueled by growing demand and low mortgage financing, continued their robust romp in February, shooting up about 16 percent over a year ago.

Last month's Marin median price for condominiums and single-family homes rose to $641,000, up 15.9 percent from the $553,000 median price in February 2003, according to DataQuick Information Systems of La Jolla.
