Triad legislators support law fighting predatory lending - 2004-03-20
North Carolina's state law banning predatory lending is the base for federal legislation two North Carolina congressmen are supporting.

One case cited during Friday's session was that of a Durham man who had built up less than $300 in equity after nine years of making monthly mortgage payments.
