Housing for a Dixon family will be the second project for Pulaski County Habitat for Humanity.
The announcement was done at the organization's community appreciation banquet held March 12 at the St. Robert Community Center.

"We ask the family selection committee to select a family that has a need, is willing to work to help build their house and is willing to pay back the mortgage," said Davis.

No More Mortgage Assistance for Family of Former HABC Director - 2004-03-24
Bexar County Commissioners get a “formal” answer on whether the daughter in-law of the former housing director will continue to get mortgage assistance.

A Trouble Shooters investigation last November uncovered that Christine Torres’ daughter in law, Adrianna Vann was receiving financial aid from HABC when others can only receive help paying rent. WOAI was told Vann would no longer get that assistance.
