Cincinnati home sales hit record, while N. Ky. shows decrease - 2004-03-25
February home sales in Cincinnati gained more than 10 percent over the same month a year ago, but across the river in Kentucky, sales dropped 9.6 percent.

The public is in a 'pinch me' mode," said CABR President Sandra Butler in a news release. "They just can't believe the low mortgage interest rates and how that qualifies them for more house for their monthly payment."

Mortgage Giant Freddie Mac "neutral weight" - 2004-03-25
Analyst Bradley Ball of Prudential Financial maintained his "neutral weight" rating on Freddie Mac. The target price is established at $55.00.

Shares of Freddie Mac, a company purchasing and securitizing mortgages, are currently trading at $60.27.

According to Prudential Financial’s research note published yesterday, the company’s total mortgage portfolio increased on the back of new purchases last month.
