Homeowners Get Younger as Real Estate Becomes Popular Investment - 2004-03-30
Kelly Martin was aware the time was right. She lived with her parents in their home for three years after graduating from college. She wanted to take the jump and become a homeowner.

"I'm happy that I'll soon be in my own home. But I'm nervous, too," Martin said. "I'm worried about seeing that first mortgage bill. That will be a shock."

Countrywide Financial "overweight," estimates raised - 2004-03-30
Analyst Bruce W Harting of Lehman Brothers maintained his "overweight" rating on Countrywide Financial Corporation, while upping his estimates for the company.

In a research note published yesterday, the analyst mentions that MSR (Mortgage Servicing Rights) recovery is unlikely in 1Q04 due to the low interest rates.
