Gatineau housing remains a bargain market - 2004-03-31
Gatineau will remain the hotspot for homebuyers looking for a good deal, according to a report Tuesday from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp.

There is a difference of about $100,000 on the average price of a home in Ottawa vs. Gatineau and that gap isn't likely to change much over the coming year, CMHC analyst Honorine Youmbissi said during a conference Tuesday.
