Countrywide Home Loans and Prudential Verani Go Into Joint Venture - 2004-03-05
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., a national leader in residential finance, and Prudential Verani Realty today unveiled the creation of CMV Home Loans, an operating division of Countrywide Mortgage Ventures, LLC.

The joint venture between Countrywide and Prudential Verani Realty will enable home buyers and sellers to access a wide array of home financing programs, while simplifying the entire process of buying or selling a home.

Economic outlook bright in, around Aurora - 2004-03-05
Commercial development will stay healthy in Aurora and throughout northeastern Illinois in 2004, according to a group of local economic and banking executives.

Real estate loans fell slightly for Old Second in 2003 but were still the second highest total in bank history at $747.4 million. Mortgage value skyrocketed to $696 million in 2003, from $465 million in 2002, Eccher said.
