The best way to withdraw money from your IRA and other retirement plans is over a period of years. Rather than pulling a chunk out now, you might consider starting to draw a monthly income from your IRA that can be applied to your monthly mortgage payment.

Free credit report law behind - 2004-03-07
President Bush signed a law in January permitting every American a free look at his or her credit histories each year, and Richard Reitz wants his.

These will be notices to mortgage applicants if the interest rate on a loan is higher than the best rate available because of a less-than-perfect or even a less-than-average credit score.
