ABN AMRO Mortgage's 'Custom Home Building' Seminars Offer Consumers Free Expert Advice - 2004-03-08

Dire housing picture predicted - 2004-03-08
A new study has highlighted disturbing trends in housing throughout Pennsylvania and predicted that the tendencies could cause economic and social problems if left unaddressed.

In addition, residents tapping the state's Homeowner Emergency Assistance Program also swelled. In 1996, 5,700 households applied to the program for mortgage assistance, while in 2002, 8,900 households did.
