Economy newsletter says housing affordable - 2004-03-08
An economic consulting newsletter has found that housing in the state is "more affordable than at any time in the previous generation."

Even though the median price of a house in Vermont is high, an analysis by The Vermont Economy Newsletter found that record low interest rates made mortgage rates low enough to make it easier for typical families to buy.
