CMFC Increases In Housing Market - 2004-05-31
Aiming for the lower and middle earnings housing market has paid dividends for Clico Mortgage & Finance Corporation (CMFC).

St John stated that the focus chosen by CMFC also stimulated the design of a range of products such as the pre-approved mortgage, the initial home 100 per cent mortgage and the CMFC residential mortgage.

Property lending drives praise growth - 2004-05-31
Lending for housing has unrelentingly driven credit growth, which leapt by its largest rise in over six months in April.

Westpac senior economist Andrew Hanlan stated the RBA had amended the credit data back to the late 1980s and better displayed the provision of housing loans with the integration of lending through mortgage-backed securities.
