Rock County program gives residents a home - 2004-07-14
Jami Burner is excited. So is Art Gonzales.

"I'm kind of excited. This is the first home we've built in Rock County," said Gonzales, executive director of the nonprofit Southeastern Wisconsin Housing Corp. of Racine County.

The Agriculture Department holds the 33-year mortgage, which requires no down payment and covers expenses "down to the landscaping and driveway," Gonzales said.

Spell named loan officer at Hancock Bank - 2004-07-14
Pamela D. Spell has been appointed mortgage loan officer for the St Tammany Division of Hancock Bank of Louisiana.

Spell comes to Hancock Bank with 20 years of financial experience, most recently as loan officer at Parish National Bank in Slidell. Her office will be located at 2929 U.S. Highway 190 in Mandeville.
