Almost every day in Kentuckiana people are forced out of their homes because they aren't able to make payments on their mortgage. That's creating problems in some neighborhoods, when the houses left vacant for months start to fall apart. WAVE 3 Investigator James Zambroski finds out why so many homes are just left to waste away.

June 'big month' for county home sales - 2004-07-20
Dane County's housing market got busy in June, as home buyers moved to close deals ahead of anticipated hikes in mortgage interest rates.

"We've been hearing anecdotally that the market was heating up and I think the closings finally took place," said Kevin King, executive director of the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin.
