Looking for the best Adustable Rate Mortgage - 2005-01-11
Q. I am thinking of refinancing into a one-month LIBOR ARM, which is interest-only for the first 10 years. I currently have a 5/1 interest-only at 6.25 percent. We purchased the house a year ago and it has increased in value by approximately $70,000.

I am looking to have a smaller monthly payment, but would like to have peace of mind that the interest rates are not going up a considerable amount (more than 2.0 percent).
