Eron mortgage defence and Crown ordered to be back in court Thursday - 2005-02-21
A misunderstanding of a judge's instructions earlier this month could create a delay in starting a sentencing hearing for the man who pleaded guilty in the Eron Mortgage collapse.

Just before the start of his trial last month, Frank Slobogian pleaded guilty to five theft and fraud counts. That left his young protege, Frank Biller, to face trial alone, likely in early April.

Nationwide Mortgage teams with FedEx credit union - 2005-02-21
Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Company, the mortgage affiliate of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., has unveiled a partnership with FedEx Employees Credit Association.

Through this partnership, the Credit Association, which is located in Memphis, will use Nationwide Advantage Mortgage's Expanse program to offer low-cost, low-rate mortgages to its 66,000 members nationwide. Nationwide will also provide the loan processing and closing functions as well as the servicing.
