Mortgage applications on the rise - 2005-03-16
Mortgage applications for the latest week climbed 3.2 percent from a week ago, the Mortgage Bankers Association reported Wednesday.

The MBA said its market composite index touched 727.6 during the week ended March 11. Meanwhile, the purchase index rose 2.5 percent to 462.8 while the refinance index increased by 4.2 percent to 2,276.5.
