At a time when most teenagers are interested in nothing more than the latest video game release or Hollywood pin-up, Josh Berkley was already laying the foundations of his new career.

When he was 15, the ambitious youngster knew he wanted to be a real estate agent. Sierra Vista's youngest real estate agent has made more than $50,000 since October, and his good fortune and success looks set to continue.

All eyes on real estate mortgage loan technology - 2005-03-30
Workflow management technology is one of the hottest areas in mortgage loan origination, participants in a national mortgage banking convention revealed today.

"Workflow technology is a vital part of today's technology for mortgage banking," said Geoffrey Oliver, a financial services consultant for BearingPoint, today at the Mortgage Bankers Association's National Technology in Mortgage Banking conference. The event kicked off yesterday and runs through Friday in Orlando, Fla.
