Top Economists Predict Strong Growth in Homeownership and Housing Production - 2005-06-16
The national homeownership rate will probably go over 70 percent by 2013, and the demand for housing will require the production of about two million new housing units a year, according to a report released by the Homeownership Alliance.

The report, America's Home Forecast:The Next Decade for Housing and Mortgage Finance , written by the nation's top housing and mortgage economists, uses an unprecedented long-term look at the industry and produces forecasts for the next 10 years.
