Xceed Mortgage hikes dividend as Q4 profit nearly doubles - 2006-01-13
Mortgage lender Xceed Mortgage Corp. is increasing its dividend after fourth-quarter profit nearly doubled close to $5.13 million. Mortgage fundings in the 2005 financial year reached $924.9 million, the highest level ever attained by the company and a jump of 43.6 per cent from $643.9 million in the previous year.
