A Hattiesburg man was charged Tuesday linked to a mortgage fraud scheme and two other people have been indicted, authorities revealed Tuesday. These mortgage flipping scheme tends to involves two or three people who acquire a piece of property and then arrange for an inflated appraisal. They sell it at the inflated price, sharing in the profits.
