China's economy to grow 9.2% in 2006 - 2006-02-09
The World Bank Thursday forecasts China's economic growth of 9.2 percent in 2006, which is based on the newly adjusted gross domestic product data and is equivalent to an unchanged forecast of about 8.7 percent based on the old one. China will benefit from strong export demand, while profit and credit developments indicate healthy investment in 2006.
