In 2002 Haral Logaras figured selling houses could be a quick and lucrative, career switch. He lasted until the end of 2004, when he threw in the towel because, he simply, ran out of money. Tired out by the unending chase for commissions and no salary cushion, Logaras was just another face in a sea of real estate agents, whose ranks across the nation almost doubled during the recent five-year real estate boom.
